We are recruiting for an experienced Vet Surgeon to join a growing and successful first opinion small animal veterinary practice in the Southport area of Merseyside.

• excellent full time opportunity to include a weekend rota and no OOH.
• practice is bright, spacious, air conditioned and purpose built to industry leading standards with a full range of state of the art equipment
• busy and growing with a good variety of cases and flow of new clients.
• role would suit a veterinary surgeon with good general surgical and medical skills, experience in emergency surgery and confident working sole charge.
• join a dynamic and friendly team of 3 Vets and 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses.

• well located with easy access to the motorway network for easy commuting, direct trains to central Liverpool and Manchester with coast and countryside nearby.

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• good general surgical and medical skills
• experience in emergency surgery  
• confident working sole charge

• 
  Salary range to £70,000.00 per annum (subject to experience)
