We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi skilled Maintenance Technician core electrical with suitable electrical qualifications and 17th or 18th Edition where you will be joining a close-knit team in a varied role in Liverpool city centre.
This is a brilliant position for a Facilities Maintenance / Building Services / Multi Skilled Engineer.
The Role: Electrical / Multi Skilled Engineer with Mechanical knowledge
- Servicing, Maintenance and repair work across various types of buildings
- PPM visits and reactive repairs of Electrical and Mechanical plant and equipment, air handling units, cold-water boosters, pumps etc.
- Plant room checks
- Manage CAFM system
- HVAC maintenance
- Knowledge of BMS
The Person:
- Must have 17th or 18th edition certificate/qualification
- Immediately available & wanting a days-based role
- Prior experience in Facilities Maintenance/Building Services
- Electrical apprenticeship
- BTEC / ONC
- 17th/18th edition regulations
