As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:

• Provide high quality customer service via phone & email.


• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.


• Maintain customer records by updating account information.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.


• Ad-hoc duties as and when required.

A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:

• 1 year experience within customer service, particularly in a telephony role


• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Strong proficiency in using customer management software.


• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to problem solve.


• Can commit to a temporary role for 2 / 3 months.
