In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customers and will be responsible for the developing of new and existing business relationships, introducing customers to the full range of products and services, you will also be the first point of contact for all of the customers needs and requirements.

the ideal candidate must have previous account management experience, preferably within a retail or merchants environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all account management activities for a variety of customer types


• Be a key customer contact, developing close relationship and suitable networks.


• Be the voice of the customer, so that the company understand their key requirements.


• Seek and develop new business opportunities.


• Grow and nurture existing client base


• Deliver profit by ensuring the correct product prices for customer purchase orders, including pricing of product changes


• Manage customer’s sales ledger and overdue debt queries.

• Account management experience


• Driven and motivated


• Excellent communication skills


• A proven ability to plan and execute business development strategies


• A successful track record of meeting sales targets


• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written


• Good organisation skills, reliable attention to detail and sound IT & numerical skills


• Ability to upsell and grow existing accounts
