About LEYF
We’re the London Early Years Foundation, or LEYF for short, a family of 43 nurseries across London. As a charitable social enterprise, we put children (not profit) at the heart of everything we do. 75% of our nurseries are in London’s most disadvantaged areas and 27% of our places are fully funded. Any profits we make go back into the business for our people and our children - the work we do really does change lives.
Who we’re looking for
You'll be based at our Central Office in Westminster (121 Marsham Street, SW1P 4LX), a busy and welcoming hub for our central office team, nursery colleagues, learners and sometimes even VIP guests, as we campaign for change in Early Years.
As the voice and face of LEYF’s Central Office, you'll create a warm, professional welcome for everyone who walks through the door or gets in touch. From managing calls, emails and room bookings to setting up meeting refreshments and supporting the Facilities team, you’ll keep our front desk, office and training rooms running smoothly. We’re looking for you to:
- Have a can-do attitude and enjoy creating a tidy, welcoming space
- Be naturally friendly, organised and approachable
- Be confident using email and managing a busy phone line
- Be proactive, helpful and proud to be the “go-to” person
- Have the full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Our recruitment process is quick, so you’ll hear from us within 1-2 days after applying.
