Cyber & E&O Claims Adjuster
Location: London (Hybrid)

A high-performing Syndicate is seeking a Cyber & E&O Claims Adjuster to join its established Claims team. This role supports a new Cyber Underwriting team and a market-leading E&O portfolio-ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working cross-class in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of claims within delegated authority


• Maintain accurate records (ECF, DOCOsoft) and meet service standards


• Support the development of Cyber claims protocols and vendor panels


• Collaborate with underwriters on policy wording and claims insight


• Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and third parties


• Identify claims trends and contribute to ongoing team initiatives

About You:

• Proven claims experience, ideally in Cyber and/or E&O


• Familiar with London Market systems (e.g. ECF)


• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills


• Comfortable working independently and within a team


• ACII qualified or working towards (preferred)
