Location: Liverpool centre

Salary: £87 to £90 per day + CPD, PAYE

Contract: Full-time or Part-time – We work around you!

About the Role:



As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:



Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging, interactive, and inclusive lessons

Providing one-to-one or small group support to students who need extra help

Encouraging and inspiring children to reach their full potential academically and socially

Supporting classroom management, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment

Helping with administrative tasks, lesson preparation, and resource organization

Assisting children with special educational needs (SEN) where necessary

Supervising students during breaks, lunchtimes, and school activities

The ideal candidate will have:



A passion for working with children and supporting their development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and staff

The ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different classroom settings

A patient, caring, and positive attitude with a proactive approach

Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)

A commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
