Supply Chain Administrator - #1656373

We have a NEW exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our team.

This role will be responsible for collating data and defining network volumes on both an inbound and outbound perspective.

You will be using data driven insights to provide detailed plans of volumes throughout the supply chain. This is achieved by working closely with site operational teams and central operations to ensure network volume plans can be facilitated in each of the individual sites.

Key skills for the role are data literacy, analytical and problem-solving mindset, technical proficiency (Excel, supply chain modelling software), strong communication and team working skills.

Role involves a combination of office working and site visits to warehouses or supplier locations; therefore, a valid driving license is required.

• Collect, clean, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources.


• Utilise data to create reports and dashboards to support central operations teams.


• Network stockholding analysis and capacity analysis to identify risk.


• Using data and analytics to produce detailed volume plans.


• Aid central operations in developing and implementing strategies to enhance capacity.


• Working cross functionally with teams to align logistics strategies with the business goals.


• Report findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

• Some experience in logistics or supply chain beneficial but not required.


• Experience with admin duties important through employment experience.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (Lookups, pivots, large data sets).


• Excellent communication skills.


• Valid driving license.
