Job Title: Residential Senior Valuer/Branch Manager

Location: Woolton or Prescot 

Salary: Basic Salary of up to £35k with an OTE of up to £50k + 25% Company Shares.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Senior Valuer/Branch Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property valuations, team management, and achieving sales targets. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement in property valuations and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  Property Valuations: Conduct accurate and timely valuations of residential properties, ensuring alignment with current market trends.

  Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of estate agents and administrative staff to achieve branch targets.

  Sales Management: Oversee the residential sales pipeline, implement effective sales strategies, and ensure revenue growth.

  Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to enhance repeat business.

  Branch Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  Market Analysis: Stay updated on property market trends to provide informed advice and strategies.

  Lettings Business: Collaborate with the lettings team to optimize occupancy rates and grow the lettings portfolio.
