Were recruiting on behalf of an established and expanding construction software company, known for its flagship asset management and compliance platform tailored to the construction industry. As the team grows, theyre looking for a Software Development Team Leader whos not only technically skilled but thrives in a hands-on, collaborative, and customer-facing environment.

What Youll Be Doing
Leading and mentoring a small development team
Designing and developing scalable, secure, and maintainable code
Partnering with the Functional Consultant and Implementation team for smooth product rollouts
Managing project timelines and aligning technical work with business goals
Enforcing coding standards and Agile best practices
Troubleshooting and optimising system performance
Staying on top of tech trends and promoting innovation within the team
What Youll Bring
5+ years experience in software development
Proven hands-on experience in .NET, with exposure to React, Java, Angular, or ASP.NET
Strong architectural and design pattern knowledge
Experience with SQL databases, APIs, and ideally cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Customer-facing experience and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
A proactive, solutions-first mindset
Nice To Have
Prior experience in a leadership/mentoring role
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Experience with cloud architecture and DevOps practices
