The role of a delivery consultant;

• Working high-value positions with average fees of $20,000


• Identify top talent candidates using the ATS system and LinkedIn for live roles with our retained clients.


• Approach passive candidates by headhunting & sending personalised messages on LinkedIn.


• Managing the full recruitment cycle efficiently following our world-class processes.


• Setting and achieving ambitious goals and targets.


• Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Along with a proven track record in a 360 role, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, and having a self-driven, goal-oriented mindset.
