The successful candidate will lead a team of paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring the effective handling and resolution of motor personal injury and damage claims. This position offers an excellent opportunity for leadership and career advancement within a leading legal firm.
The Motor Fast Track team advise and defend litigated Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims for a number of insurer clients as well as brining counterclaims. Fast Track can be categorised as the civil track for personal injury claims with a value of £1,000 and up to £25,000, as well as property damage valuing over £10,000. The claims that are received are usually for both general and special damages.
The role is office based, and in time with scope to work a hybrid pattern.

- Supervise and mentor a team of paralegals and legal assistants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and provide expert advice on motor damage claims.
- Perform administrative duties related to team management, including scheduling, reporting, and resource allocation.
Essential
- Tangible experience within Motor damage / personal injury ideally at Senior Paralegal or Supervisor level.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal databases.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
