Offer | £60,000 - £80,000 per annum + benefits

We are working with a top Legal 500 firm based close to Welwyn Garden City who are looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team.

They’re ideally looking for someone with 5+ years PQE who has broad commercial contract experience.

You would be advised and supporting clients on a wide range of matters including

• Master service agreements, framework agreements and other procurement related contracts.


• Distribution agreements;


• Outsourcing agreements;


• Agency agreements;


• Franchise agreements;


• Reseller agreements;


• Sponsorship agreements;


• Advertising and marketing agreements;

The successful candidate:

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE specialising in commercial and corporate law.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, maintaining and developing client relationships.


• A proactive and client-focused approach coupled with a commercial understanding.


• Proven ability to work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
