Concept Onyx Recruitment

If you're an experienced Artworker who takes pride in precision and consistency, this could be an ideal opportunity. We're looking for a Label Artworker to join a well-established, supportive team at a global brand known for its quality and attention to detail. This is a full-time, permanent role with regular hours, a welcoming culture, and the chance to work in a beautifully organised, clean environment that values accuracy over creative flair.

This isn’t a creative design position—it’s a focused production role supporting the packaging and reprint process across a wide range of well-known products. You’ll work alongside a Senior Designer to manage and update existing label artwork files when products come up for reprint. That means checking every detail, making amendments, and preparing artwork for print in line with regulatory and brand guidelines.

It’s the kind of role that suits someone methodical and reliable, who enjoys seeing things through and getting it right first time. If you’ve worked in artwork production or packaging before and you're looking for a steady, long-term position, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Review existing label artwork ahead of reprint cycles

  • Amend and prepare label files to meet internal and print-ready standards

  • Ensure accuracy in all artwork, checking for consistency across product ranges

  • Liaise with the Senior Designer to maintain brand integrity across all outputs

  • Follow clear guidelines for layout, text placement, and regulatory labelling

  • Manage your workload efficiently to meet production deadlines

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in label reprographics or artwork production

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and general Creative Suite tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach

  • Understanding of print production processes and requirements

  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and regulatory specifications accurately

  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a small, supportive team

  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks calmly

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with potential for progression

  • Profit share bonus

  • Life assurance and healthcare benefits

  • Supportive and experienced design team

  • Work for a global brand with a strong reputation for quality

  • Friendly, collaborative working environment

  • Convenient location with free, secure on-site parking

Apply now if you’re looking for a practical, steady design role where your eye for detail will be genuinely appreciated, we’d love to hear from you. Click apply and one of our recruitment consultants will be in touch to discuss the role.
