THE EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

• Plan and run targeted email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.


• Write engaging and relevant content.


• Have strong copywriting skills.


• Understand and use AI tools effectively.


• Design visually appealing and on-brand emails.


• Use marketing automation tools to send emails based on user actions.


• Test different email elements to improve performance.

EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Experience with email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns


• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field


• Minimum of 3 years email campaign experience (Hubspot)


• Proven experience of email marketing using Hubspot CRM


• Proficiency with marketing automation tools


• Excellent understanding of email marketing metrics and KPIs
