Are you a skilled Salesforce Admin with a passion for governance and hospitality? Our client, a premier private members club, is seeking a talented individual to join their team and help elevate their members' experience through seamless technology integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.


• 
  Governance: Implement and oversee governance policies to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.


• 
  Customisation: Customise Salesforce to meet the unique needs of members and staff, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.


• 
  Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other cloud solutions (Oracle, AWS) to streamline processes and enhance member experience.


• 
  Training: Provide training and support to staff on Salesforce best practices and new features.


• 
  Data Management: Ensure accurate and efficient data management, including data migration, cleansing, and validation.


• 
  Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into member preferences and operational efficiency.
