About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused D365 Business Central Solutions Architect to join a forward-thinking team working on some really exciting transformation projects. If you enjoy getting stuck into the detail, shaping solutions that make a real difference, and working closely with great people- this could be a brilliant fit.
You’ll be the go-to expert on all things Business Central, helping to design and guide smart, scalable solutions- especially across manufacturing and operations. It’s a hands-on, collaborative role where your input genuinely helps shape project success from the ground up.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the design of Business Central solutions tailored to each client’s needs
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand the bigger picture and challenge the brief where needed
- Translating business requirements into well-thought-out technical designs
- Supporting delivery teams and keeping things on track, from scoping through to go-live
- Reviewing and quality-checking work to ensure everything’s on point
- Acting as a mentor and sounding board for consultants and developers
- Advising on third-party tools or integrations where they add real value
- Getting involved in solution scoping and pre-sales conversations
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience with D365 Business Central (or NAV)
- A good grasp of how things run in manufacturing environments
- Confident working in fast-paced project environments
- Strong communication skills- you're comfortable speaking with technical teams and business stakeholders alike
- Someone who enjoys sharing ideas, solving problems, and helping others grow
- Comfortable juggling a few things at once and prioritising when it counts
Bonus points if you’ve got:
- Experience with the Power Platform
- Knowledge of third-party apps or tools that integrate well with BC
- Some exposure to agile ways of working
