We’re not building yet another email agency. We’re building the highest-leverage retention team on the planet. Currently, we run accounts for some of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the world. We move fast. We own outcomes. We raise the bar—and we’re just getting started. Concretely:
- We're on track to hit our annual growth targets by August
- Our client retention is 17+ months and increasing compared to an industry average of 6
- We currently have so much new business coming that we're finding it difficult to hire people fast enough
In our first year doing business, Klaviyo invited us in their Partner Advisory Council, and we're very well connected in the industry ecosystem, getting priority access to new features, tools, and information that other agencies simply don't ever learn about.
Now, we’re hiring a Retention Strategist to lead clients, own results, and build systems that print profit.

What you'll do:
Client Strategy & Ownership
- Lead 5–6 accounts
- Set direction, drive performance, build trust
- Turn goals into roadmaps and roadmaps into wins
Retention Execution
- Plan and launch omnichannel (email, SMS, app, etc.) campaigns
- Monitor KPIs and iterate fast based on data
- Lead segmentation, testing, and campaign strategy
Team Leadership
- Manage 1–2 Coordinators, delegate clearly, and mentor effectively
- Direct and brief our Copywriters & Designers
- Be both a coach and a contributor—raising team standards
Analytics & Innovation
- Go beyond surface-level email metrics. Drill deeper on Shopify, Subscriptions, Loyalty and Retention metrics to extract insights.
- Turn insights into revenue through flows, loyalty, winbacks, and more through structured experimentation and learning
- Propose new lifecycle initiatives and lead client performance reviews
This is a remote contractor role.
