THE ROLE


We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Owner to join our growing team. In this role, you will combine creative design thinking with technical understanding to craft intuitive solutions for our property management platform.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Drive full product lifecycle from concept through delivery, including market research, specifications, wireframes, development oversight, and coordinating successful launches

  • Create detailed mock-ups and/or interactive prototypes that demonstrate complete user journeys and feature flows

  • Write and maintain clear product specifications with detailed acceptance criteria

  • Work directly with developers to understand technical constraints and possibilities

  • Propose and document data models for new features, showing understanding of data relationships and storage requirements

  • Use database analysis skills to investigate customer issues and validate potential solutions through data querying and exploration

  • Participate in technical planning sessions, contributing both design and implementation ideas


ABOUT YOU


Required Skills and Experience:



  • You must be eligible to work in the UK

  • A university degree is required (Bachelor minimum)

  • 3+ years' experience as Product Owner, designing and delivering business software features involving complex workflows and data management, with demonstrated success in property management systems or similar B2B applications

  • Ability to read API documentation and work with developers to optimise API interactions for the best user experience

  • Experience designing and implementing AI-enhanced features in software products, such as automated suggestions, content generation, or intelligent data processing workflows

  • Knowledge of Figma, Axure or similar design tools, with experience demonstrating detailed user flows

  • Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and database relationships

  • Comfortable writing database queries to analyse data and validate design decisions

  • Experience working directly with development teams to implement solutions

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply

  • Technical understanding required, including basic SQL (or willingness to learn)

  • Not a coding role, but must understand technical concepts
