Job Position Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets, and ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way. Our technicians take pride in exceeding customer expectations by providing a world-class level of service that sets us apart from competitors.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
- Performing all aspects of the production processes effectively
- Maintaining vehicles and equipment regularly
- Working with your supervisor to ensure team efficiency and unity
- Following uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide
- Leaving jobsites clean and orderly
- Developing production expertise through service provision
- Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to high standards
- Ensuring clear communication with office staff, supervisors, and technicians
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for assets and equipment
- Ability to record information accurately and communicate effectively
- Respect for safety procedures and caution when working with teammates and customers
- Multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods
- Desire to develop new skills in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to serving the community with a ‘Servant Based Leadership’ approach
- Team-oriented mindset aligned with the ‘One Team’ mentality

Compensation:
$30,000+ per year
