Starting from £27,965 with potential to increase, plus £4,200 p.a. car allowance & fuel card (business use only).

Our monthly bonus structure is uncapped. Field Collections Agents can earn bonuses of £200 - £400 per month, which could increase your annual earnings to £35,765 (including the car allowance).

As a Field Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services, you will be comfortable speaking with customers to discuss options that help them manage their financial situation. You’ll be field-based, covering a region across Liverpool.

This rewarding role involves:

• Visiting customers at their homes to support them in managing outstanding arrears


• Working with water accounts and regulated work


• Resolving customer accounts personally


• Taking payments, setting up repayment plans, or reconnecting accounts to promote financial wellbeing


• Educating customers on the consequences of non-payment


• Using provided iPads to update customer accounts; IT literacy is required
