Primary Objectives

  1. Accurately count all stock.

  2. Ensure accurate Goods In processes.

  3. Assist in maintaining store requests, ensuring correct picking and dispatching.

  4. Contribute to developing MJ Quinn’s working culture, reputation, and values.


Principal Accountabilities

  1. Conduct daily stock counts.

  2. Report discrepancies.

  3. Assist in investigating stock issues.

  4. Receive, check, and document all goods in, following proper procedures.

  5. Report issues or concerns to the Line Manager.

  6. Adhere to ISO 9001 accreditation standards.


Preferred Skills

  • Good written communication skills.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Excellent customer service skills.


Minimum Requirements

  • A valid full driving license.

  • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Process-oriented approach.
