Job Description:
Are you a Process Engineer looking to work for a rapidly expanding company where you will play a key role in continuous improvement and the ongoing success of the business? In this role, you will collaborate with senior management to implement continuous improvement projects, develop new methods, and ensure the company operates at full output efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CI projects and process improvements
- Schedule maintenance for heat treatment equipment such as furnaces
- Ensure manufacturing facilities operate at maximum efficiency
- Contribute to and control manufacturing processes and procedures
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Process Engineer
- Proven experience in continuous improvement
- Background in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
