Non Exec Director able to set up REIT or Property Fund - #1690506

We are a successful property group with £35 million worth of assets and a turnover of £3.5 million

We would like to set up a vehicle to allow others to invest with us and we are thinking that could be a REIT or a Property Fund or similar entity. Our idea is to appeal to former buy to let Investors who want a passive investment in residential property and not the regulatory responsibilities you now incur as a Landlord Owner.

We need a person with experience of either setting up or running a suitable vehicle and who can advise us how to do this and work with us as a NED to set it up.

The right person will be familiar with the regulatory rules and have the contacts to enable us to get authorised to create a vehicle and market it to Investors in accordance with the FCA rules.
