Part-Time Sales & Marketing Executive
Debate Academy delivers high-impact debate programmes in primary schools, helping children develop public speaking, confidence and critical thinking.
Following strong demand and continued growth, we're hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to help generate new leads, book school meetings and raise awareness of our work through social media.
This is a part-time role for someone who wants to make a measurable impact without full-time hours.
About the Role
You'll work around 12 hours per week, ideally spread across 3 days (e.g. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday). The role focuses on:
- Generating leads (email, phone and social outreach)
- Booking meetings with school decision-makers
- Maintaining a light but consistent social media presence
You'll be supported with clear templates, outreach tools, and CRM structure — and you'll be trusted to get results with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research primary and High schools and key contacts
- Send personalised outreach messages via email and social media
- Follow up with phone calls and book meetings for the founder
- Maintain and update CRM/lead tracker
- Post weekly updates to social media (e.g. quotes, results, photos)
- Provide a short weekly activity report
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have experience in lead generation, telesales, or B2B outreach
- Are confident speaking on the phone and writing professional emails.
- Understand how to use social media to raise brand awareness
- Work independently and manage your own time
- Are proactive, reliable, and results-driven
Pay & Hours
Contract Length: 3 months (May-July)
Pay: £728/month base + performance bonus (paid at end of July)
OTE: Up to £1,000/month equivalent
There may be further work available after July depending on performance and company growth
Commission is earned throughout the term and paid as a lump sum at the end of July, in line with the school programme cycle.
