Location: Manchester - M26 2XH
DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Warehouse FLM to play a vital role in coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrable understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.
What does the role entail?
- Assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area.
- Supervise, implement, and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct reports, ensuring all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while maintaining standards of excellence.
- Track and trace orders using digital in-house tracking software, ensuring records are maintained at an optimal level.
What do we need from you?

- Previous practical experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a logistics environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices.
- Experience in preparing and distributing volume orders.
