Alpha Associates Recruitment are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client based in Liverpool.
This will be a mix of office based and on-site work.
Main Responsibilities Required of the Quantity Surveyor:
- Negotiating contracts
- Conducting cost estimates
- Advise on new strategies and improvements
- Monitor project expenditures
- Implement cost-saving measures
Qualifications Required of the Quantity Surveyor:
- Experience working on residential development projects (medium-large projects)
- In depth knowledge of cost management
- in depth knowledge of construction contracts
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be paid up to £70,000 per annum.
