You will be responsible for the expansion of our two brands, one is brokerage focused and the other is our lending product.

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Affiliate Partnerships Manager based in the North West of England, preferably Liverpool.


About Your role:


As a results driven CMO at Monixa, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).


Your mission will be the acquisition, management, and optimization of partnerships with affiliates, brokers, and influencers, aimed at driving high-quality traffic and client acquisition within the HCST credit market.


Additionally, you will be developing and managing SEO and PPC strategies to maximize visibility, lead generation, and overall business performance. A key part of your role will involve analysing and adjusting bidding strategies to maintain Cost Per New Customer (CPN) targets, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimal performance.

Key tasks:


Proactively identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, brokers, and strategic partners within the HCST credit market.


Manage and expand an affiliate network for our two brands by optimizing partnerships to drive revenue and client acquisition.


Develop and implement strategies tailored to the HCST credit sector, focusing on increasing customer acquisition through affiliate channels.


Oversee and manage SEO and PPC campaigns, including the day-to-day execution and optimization of these strategies.


Analyse and adjust bidding strategies to maintain CPN targets, ensuring cost-effective acquisition and profitability.


Monitor, analyse, and optimize performance metrics for affiliate programs and digital marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness and growth.


Continuously evaluate affiliate performance to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas for improvement.


Provide dedicated support, performance analysis, and tailored solutions to affiliates, ensuring mutual success.


Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings within the credit market to ensure Monixa maintains a competitive edge.


Represent Monixa at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to solidify and expand strategic partnerships.


Your profile:


Proven experience in affiliate management, business development, or sales within the financial services or credit market sector.


Strong expertise in SEO and PPC management, including campaign creation, execution, and optimization.


Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage partner relationships effectively.


Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


A solid understanding of the HCST credit market, its operations, and marketing strategies.


Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and CRM platforms for partnership management and networking.


Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly motivated with a strong focus on business growth and success.


Existing networks within the credit market or experience in affiliate marketing in related sectors.


Significant experience with Pingtree systems in an FCA-regulated environment is essential.

Cost Per New Customer (CPN): Maintain or reduce the CPN while optimizing bidding strategies and maximizing customer acquisition.


Affiliate Acquisition Rate: Number of new affiliates and strategic partners onboarded per quarter.


Revenue Growth from Affiliate Network: Increase in revenue generated from affiliate partnerships within the HCST credit market.


Affiliate Retention Rate: Percentage of affiliates retained over a 12-month period.


Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads generated from affiliate channels that convert to customers.


SEO and PPC Performance: Improvement in organic search rankings and paid campaign results, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).


Affiliate Program ROI: Return on investment for affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective performance and profitability.


Customer Acquisition Volume: Number of new clients acquired through affiliate channels, measured monthly and quarterly.


Performance Optimization: Number of optimizations made to campaigns and affiliate programs that result in measurable improvements in performance metrics.


Industry Engagement: Number of successful partnerships and leads generated from industry events and networking opportunities.
