Business Analyst – ShareDo

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing our business needs through the implementation of strategic solutions. Specifically, you will lead the rollout and implementation of ShareDo Case Management software, ensuring optimal user adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the legal sector.


• ShareDo Expertise: Direct experience with the rollout and implementation of ShareDo Case Management software is essential.


• Heavy Workflow Design: Strong background in designing and optimising heavy workflows that enhance productivity and streamline operations.


• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.


• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
