About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classroom activities during teacher absences using pre-prepared lesson plans.
Maintain a focused and supportive learning environment.
Encourage student participation and completion of tasks.
Uphold classroom behaviour in line with school expectations.
No formal teaching qualification is required - just the ability to engage, guide, and inspire young people.
