Key information:
- You will work 40 hours per week between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday, and 9am-5pm on Saturdays on a rota basis. Rota examples will be provided at interview.
- Training lasts approximately 4 weeks, working 8:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
- Following training, an 8-week learning academy will be held, with working hours between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday, and 9am-5pm on Saturdays on a rota basis.

- Handling inbound calls, speaking and listening to customers in different financial situations, and providing tailored, affordable solutions.
- Managing customer complaints in accordance with FCA standards.
- Supporting vulnerable customers with care and understanding.
- Collaborating with a supportive team to meet targets.
- Building rapport through meaningful conversations and delivering excellent customer service.
- Engaging in continuous learning, coaching, and development.

- Navigating multiple systems efficiently, with prior experience in using various systems essential.
Experience:
