The position will see you at the forefront of their Civil & Commercial Litigation team, managing a diverse caseload and being at the forefront in the continued development of their Litigation offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of Civil Litigation matters, including Landlord & Tenant, property disputes, debt recovery, and general civil litigation claims.


• Handle cases from initiation to settlement/trial.

Candidate Profile:

• Experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor (all PQE levels considered, NQ-4 years).


• Proven experience in managing diverse litigation matters, all litigation experience considered.


• Ambition to contribute to the department's growth.
