Salary:Competitive Salary, Depending on Experience.


Location:Warrington WA1.


Schedule:Monday to Friday 07:00 16:30.

They are one of the region's largest fabricators of windows, doors and conservatories, using both PVCu and Aluminium profile systems. This family-owned local business established over 30 years ago, operating throughout the North West, Yorkshire, Midlands and North Wales.


They are a growing team of over 110 skilled professionals working across three state-of-the-art factories. The company is committed to providing customers with high-quality products built to last.


Due to ongoing expansion, they are recruiting multiple PVCU Window and Door Fabricators.


About The Role:


You will within one of our three state-of-the-art factories, to produce windows and doors from PVCu profile systems.


The position will boost our existing fabrication team that has responsibility for manufacturing high quality windows and doors.


The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role but full training can be given to the right applicant.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities Include:


Fabrication of uPVC windows / doors (fixings, gears, mechanisms)


Final assembly and construction of uPVC frames, (hanging, handles, chiselling, hinges)


Read and understand order form information and verify the parts required prior to assembly frame components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications


Double-check on the details and can finish frames to a high standard


Familiar with the use of air, power and hand tools, instrumentation, and calibration equipment


Strong Health and safety awareness


Ideally have strong experience across Quality Control (QC)


Candidate Requirements:


Experience in general assembly work on windows and doors is an advantage.


Prior experience of working with tools, or in joinery/ carpentry environment.


Hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail.


Reliable with good time keeping skills is essential.


Ability to lift reasonably heavy loads in accordance with Manual handling at work guidelines.
