Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding client service? We're looking for a Administrator to support our client's team of Financial Advisers in providing exceptional service to clients.
What you'll be doing:


  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the Financial Advisers can meet client demands effectively.
  • Organising and scheduling client appointments.
  • Managing and updating client databases, ensuring records are accurate and compliant.
  • Preparing client meeting packs, including files and valuations.
  • Drafting financial suitability letters with recommendations for investments, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Handling all types of client correspondence and preparing supporting documentation.
  • Processing client transactions, including new applications, withdrawals, and fund switches.
  • Liaising with providers to obtain necessary paperwork, monitor application progress, and keep records up to date.
  • Attending client meetings with Financial Advisers where required.
  • Opening, sorting, and distributing post in a timely manner.
  • Supporting research and analysis to tailor financial recommendations to individual client needs.
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within financial services or wealth management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach with a strong client-focused mindset.
  • Experience with financial platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
