Key Responsibilies


As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering building surveying projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:


  • Undertaking building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition reports.

  • Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects, including contract administration.

  • Preparing schedules of dilapidations and party wall awards.

  • Providing expert advice to clients on property-related matters.

  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of the team.

Key Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • MRICS qualification ideally with post-qualification experience.

  • Proven expertise in both residential and commercial sectors.

  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage complex projects.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  • A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
