Principal/Senior Wastewater Modeller
Locations: Various locations throughout the UK - Hybrid working
Rate: £55 - £65ph
? Duration: 12 months+
Overview of the role:
Our client are a large scale consultancy looking to hire an experienced Wastewater Modeller to lead waste water modelling projects. Tackling the UK's key water challenges: flooding, storm overflow pollution, and network resilience. You will also be required to collaborate with clients and creatively solve problems, while managing wastewater modelling projects at all stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead wastewater infrastructure & non-infrastructure modelling projects
- Review models & develop strategic solutions for flooding & CSO spills
- Enhance technical reports & presentations
- Mentor junior team members
- Assist with bids & project coordination
Qualifications:
? Advanced hydraulic modelling expertise
? Skilled in InfoWorks ICM & GIS software
? Chartered (e.g., ICE, CIWEM)
? Strong report-writing & analytical skills
? Coding experience a plus
