What You'll Need to Join Us (Full-Time/Part-Time Roles)
To be considered for a contracted position, you must have:
SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
HNC in Social Services (or equivalent)
If you currently hold only one of these, you must be willing to work towards the other within an agreed timeframe.
You must also:
Register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of starting
Be compassionate, resilient, and committed to empowering young people
Work effectively as part of a team and follow care plans with consistency and professionalism
