About the Role
In this key role, you'll help ensure compliance across the factory while educating and training staff on the importance of compliance!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance




• Support and track training delivery across the site




• Drive consistency in how tasks and standards are applied




• Collaborate with production and quality teams to uphold customer standards




• Monitor due diligence requirements and maintain high compliance standards

• Experience in a fresh produce
