Medical Receptionist / Care Navigator (EMIS Trained)

Working Hours: Between 8:00 AM 6:30 PM (including one late evening per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and visitors at reception with professionalism and warmth
- Handling incoming calls, directing queries, and triaging appropriately
- Scheduling and managing appointments using EMIS
- Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and document management
- Collaborating closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Providing accurate information to patients and responding to general enquiries
- Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and patient-friendly
- Previous experience in a receptionist role, ideally in a healthcare setting
- EMIS system experience (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in general office software and systems
- A compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
