We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Aparthotel in Liverpool.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Hotel, Aparthotel, or Property Sales, along with experience working in the UK market and local market knowledge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a great attitude and friendly manner to join our team during an exciting period of expansion.

What will you be doing?
Social: Assist in planning local and national sales activities, network with teams, and attend trade shows and presentations to promote Staycity and our portfolio.
Communication: Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients, securing and managing corporate accounts.
Promotion: Promote the Staycity brand through sales and marketing activities, including roadshows and presentations.
What we are looking for
- Experience in Hotel/Aparthotel Sales, Reservations, or Property Account Management
- Experience working in the German market and local knowledge
- Proficiency in English and German
- Ability to generate new business
- Experience with Corporate Travel, Group, and Extended stay segments
- Knowledge of Sales Force, Opera, IDEAS, Agency360, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Local market and GDS knowledge preferred
- Assist with administration of property management systems (Opera, Ideas, SiteMinder, Salesforce); training provided
- Provide timely, accurate, and competitive quotes for corporate and long-stay inquiries
- Maintain records of prices, sales, and activity reports
- Manage corporate accounts and group agencies by building relationships with key bookers
- Proactive with a can-do attitude
- Strong relationship management skills
- Understanding of customer and local market dynamics
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Drive sales activities to generate and grow business
