Full Time Breakfast Chef - #1703567

Lighthouse Hotel Management are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef, working in dual property at The Halyard at The Rope Walks and Holiday Inn Express Central. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring that our guests have an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes, including eggs, pancakes, and sausages


• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to a high standard and presented well


• Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and follow all food hygiene regulations


• Order and manage stock levels for breakfast ingredients and supplies


• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service


• Assist with the preparation of other meals and dishes daily and as required

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role in the hospitality industry


• A relevant qualification in catering or hospitality, such as a NVQ or City & Guilds


• A good understanding of food hygiene regulations and health and safety procedures


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

As a dual property you will be working with The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool, which is a new hotel openedunder the IHG Vignette Brand, the first of the Luxury lifestyle Brandin the UK. As well as The Holiday Inn Express Central, anothernew build property under the IHG Brand. Both managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
