Do you enjoy working hands-on with projects that deliver real value to communities?We’re working in partnership with a leading construction and regeneration contractor seeking a SHEQ Advisor to support projects across the North West. Covering a diverse portfolio including public buildings, universities, police stations, and community refurbishments, this role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real difference.You’ll be the go-to advisor supporting site teams across live refurbishment and sustainability projects. This is a field-based role covering the North West, primarily Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Warrington, and surrounding areas, with a typical week involving 3-4 site visits and flexibility for home or office-based tasks.What’s On Offer:
- £46,000 - £53,000 depending on experience
- £400 - £500 monthly car allowance or fully expensed company car (if preferred)

- Advising on health, safety, environmental and quality (SHEQ) across projects
- Conducting site audits, inspections, and investigations
- Supporting contractor onboarding and reviewing safe systems of work
- Advising at the pre-construction and construction stages
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to promote a positive SHEQ culture
- Providing toolbox talks, briefings, and supporting training needs
- Keeping up to date with UK SHE legislation and best practice
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (Essential)
- Practical experience in construction or refurbishment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Valid UK Driving License
- Experience supporting ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 systems (Desirable)
