Company Overview:


An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the team at a leading mechanical and electrical building engineering services contractor who operates across the UK. With expertise covering a full range of electrical and mechanical services, and a reputation built on delivering a high-quality service with commitment to technical and operational excellence.


As our Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a range of complex electrical building services projects across various sectors throughout the North-West.


Key Duties & Responsibilities for our Electrical Project Manager:



  • Oversee all stages of electrical projects from inception to completion

  • Develop and maintain schedules, budgets and resource strategies

  • Ensure delivery of projects with compliance to industry standards and client specifications

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including clients, contractors and stakeholders

  • Identify and address project risks, mitigating any issues which may cause delay

  • Develop and deliver regular project updates to senior management and clients

  • Encourage an environment focused on safety, quality and ongoing enhancement within the project team


Essential Skills and Experience Required for our Electrical Project Manager:



  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in a similar role

  • Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards and regulations

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Committed to delivering a portfolio of works safely, on time and to budget and to the highest quality standards

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

  • Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field are desirable
