We are currently recruiting for a Legal Support Manager to join our Corporate team!
You will oversee the operation and legal administration within the function, ensuring that colleague and client receive exemplary service and experience.
What we need from you
- Experience working with the relevant IT systems, i.e., Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of law and the core processes of how law firms operate, i.e., financial reporting and utilisation targets
- Excellent written and communication skills are required.
- Experience in delivering strong legal and administrative support to large teams.
What you'll be doing
•Understand the financial metrics of your department to enable you to support your Head of Department with financial performance, including financial reporting/monthly billing, proactive WIP management and monitoring/chasing outstanding billing.
•Provide fee earners with KPI analysis, enabling fee earners to optimize performance and achieve objectives and targets.
•Support the department with operational efficiencies and administrative tasks.
•Assist with onboarding and offboarding of colleagues in the department.
