How You Can Make An Impact
- Using Stadler's training systems such as Employee Development System (EDS) and Shine (e-Learning).
- Monitor group emails.
- Process Training Request Form submissions promptly.
- Liaise with internal and external training providers to arrange courses.
- Provide feedback to requestors and local management.
- Maintain records for each training course.
- Prepare joining instructions for training courses.
- Create and maintain course registers.
- Ensure course feedback is completed, reviewed, and acted upon.
- Maintain documentation structures.
- Provide administrative support to local training teams for each site, requiring limited travel.
- Assist in maintaining the training and competence budget, including creating purchase request forms, submitting supplier approvals, and completing purchases.
- Assist in training development and delivery as needed.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral.
- Good organisational skills.
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications including Power Point, Word and Excel.
- GCSE 9/A*-4/C in both English and Maths.
