Mobile Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider Essex & London - £45,000 + Package, Van & Fuel Card

Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to be based across parts of Essex, London & Home Counties. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance, have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and ideally be from an Electrical Engineering background with additional HVAC experience.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and has good access to both Essex & London. In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £45,000 + van, fuel card & package.

Basic Salary of up to £45,000

Van + Fuel Card provided

Key duties & Responsibilities

General Lighting

Changing Ballasts

Emergency Light Tests

LED Lighting

Small installations

Fault-finding

Lamping

Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

Air conditioning maintenance and repair, VRV/VRF Systems

Chillers

Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance

Maintain and update Log books

Support specialist sub-contractors

Requirements

Electrically qualified - City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3

City & Guilds - 18th Edition

FGAS (Desired)
