• Someone with leadership experience (strategic, operational, financial/P&L, C-level stakeholder management, etc.). Ideally used to leading teams across different locations.


• Expertise in marketing execution/production or marketing buying/procurement (like Print, POS, Merchandising, Packaging).


• Experience working with high-profile Fashion/Retail Brands.


• A solution-oriented leader; less suited to a 'box-mover' approach.

• Exposure to large-scale, multi-country, multi-disciplined teams and projects.
