What will you do? Make an impact!


Main purpose of job:

To work as a team with the site management and operational personnel carrying out site administrative tasks and SAP-based processes for site waste receipt management. To liaise closely with the Central Customer Services function to ensure smooth and efficient operation. To strive for complete customer satisfaction.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaise with operations, compliance, sales and customer services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• To carry out operational, production and engineering administration needs, such as ordering of materials and maintaining the site SAP system.
• To ensure that month-end procedures are completed accurately and on time.
• Log NCRs, and to assist in their resolution, completing & filing NCR documents, liaising with relevant personnel.
• To assist in the preparation of SHEQ data for quarterly/annual reviews.
• Carry out other general administrative duties in support of the site.


Do you have what it takes?


• Good Communications Skills.
• Flexible team player.
• Use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good organisational and telephone skills.
• Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.
• (Desirable) SAP user experience.
