Are you a people-focused HR professional ready to make a meaningful difference? We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a passionate Business Partnering team. This is your chance to work in a values-driven organisation where people come first.

In this strategic and operational role, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape workforce initiatives that directly enhance service delivery and employee experience. Working at the Liverpool site and from home, you'll lead on workforce planning, change management, and embedding a positive people culture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to influence and support people strategies, employee engagement, and service delivery.

  • Guide managers through workforce planning and complex HR challenges with expert, pragmatic advice.

  • Handle conflict resolution—formally and informally—with professionalism and sensitivity.

  • Champion positive change, supporting the delivery of HR and organisational strategies.

  • Foster a healthy employee relations environment, working closely with Trade Unions and leadership teams.

  • Use data and insights to shape decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects with the wider People & OD teams.

About you:

  • You bring significant experience in senior HR roles and a strong record of advising on complex people matters.

  • You've successfully led change initiatives and managed employee consultations at scale.

  • You're CIPD-qualified (or equivalent) and confident in employment law and workforce planning.

  • You’re a skilled communicator with the confidence to influence and coach at senior levels.

  • Experience in fast-paced, care-focused environments (like health or social care) is a strong advantage.

  • You’re proactive, organised, and comfortable travelling across the Northwest as needed.

What’s in it for you:

  • Flexible working arrangements – we’ll explore what works best for you

  • 25 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays)

  • Pension scheme with matched contributions up to 7.5%

  • More excellent benefits
