The Opportunity

A well-established and expanding legal practice is seeking an experienced solicitor (with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience) to join its growing Property Litigation team. This is a strong opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, while also contributing to the development of junior colleagues through supervision and mentoring.

What You’ll Be Doing

The successful candidate will work across a broad range of property-related matters. Typical responsibilities include:

• Independently handle your own portfolio of cases while assisting senior solicitors with complex legal matters in both tribunals and courts.


• Deliver proactive, solution-focused advice across a broad spectrum of disputes.


• Offer mentorship, support, and guidance to team members, including Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors, and Paralegals.


• Contribute to the development and strengthening of client relationships and actively participate in business development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should bring proven experience from within a dedicated property litigation team, ideally with a focus on advising commercial clients. A strong understanding of landlord and tenant matters is essential, alongside a consistent track record of delivering high-quality client service.
